This impressive waterside scheme created by the Southern housing Group is situated on the mouth of the River Adur. This project will deliver 550 homes to the local community including commercial space. The estimated value is around £37,000,000. The second and final phase is currently ongoing and is estimated to be completed by 2026. 

What RED5 did.

We were entrusted with resolving critical fire-stopping deficiencies identified by building control on a site nearing completion.

Inheriting a project with non-compliant fire-stopping installations, we collaborated closely with building control, our fire engineers, and the design team to address all flagged issues. Our team developed site-specific solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the block, securing building control approval prior to commencing work. This proactive approach ensured confidence in the systems to be installed.

We coordinated extensively with other site operatives to guarantee seamless integration of fire-stopping measures across all areas. Each step of the process was meticulously documented, providing clear evidence of compliance as the project progressed.

By working efficiently and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders, we helped the site meet its deadlines while ensuring safety and compliance were never compromised.
